Fall is coming fast!!! Gutters should be clean and free of debris; such as leaves and limbs, also doing a visual inspection (without climbing a ladder) on your brick chimney and/or walls to look at the metal and make sure it is secured properly their places along the brick, will prevent future leaks. If you can't see these places, we would be more than happy to come look at this for you. This will help with keeping the proper water run off needed.
