  • How long does a 20 year 3-tab shingle roof last?

They tend to last 15 to 18 years, depending on several different elements in your area, such as; wind, rain, trees, etc.

  • How long does a 30 year Architectural shingle roof last?

First of all; they are twice the thickness of a 20 year shingle. They tend to last 27 to 30 years. The 30 year architectural shingle comes with an 110 mile per hour wind resistance and 10 year stain guard warranty, which gives you peace of mind if bad weather and/or high wind comes your way; you have the warranty to back you up. If there are trees close to your home, the stain guard warranty will be added protection for you, as well.

  • What are the benefits and advantages of a metal roof?

The metal roof is energy efficient and can lower your utility bills, as well as possibly lowering your homeowners insurance. The metal roof is low maintenance, long lasting, and very durable, also looks Great! The metal roof is the most resistant roofing material to hail, wind, fire and winter conditions, such as ice and snow; freezing and thawing. The metal roof won't crack, peel, warp, flake, curl, split, burn, break, rot or blow off. The metal comes in a wide varieties of color, styles, designs and patterns. The metal roof has a long warranty and can increase the resale value on your house.

  • How long will it take to roof my house?

Depending on several factors, such as; size of the house, pitch of the roof, how many dormers and valleys, how close we can get with the dump truck, whether it's a new roof, re-roof or tear off; it normally takes one to two days from start to finish. Each day the job has not been completed; the grounds, material and debris are cleaned up and placed in one area, in a tidy manner.All debris is then taken to the proper place of dumping.
