Proper planning prior to the roofing phase of a project ensures high-quality results. During the planning phase, we: 

  • Establish detailed roofing schedule highlighting all activities including you the home owner choosing the color you want.

  • Order and expedite the delivery of all material.

  • Prepare for removal of roofing material by placing tarps over plants and/or shrubbery for protection.

  • Inspection of grounds for proper placement of the dump truck for proper debris capture.

Using Materials such as:

25 year thru 50 year shingles (most Brand Names used are Tamko-Timberline, etc. (Multiple colors to choose from)

29 gauge Metal Roofing material, there is 2 types of metal roofing *Screw down and Standard Seam (multiple colors to choose from)

Copper Roofing material (copper valleys, copper flashing and bay windows.)

EPDM Rubber Roofing material (for flat area's on your roof.)

To install these materials we use Coil nails for shingles, Metal screws for the metal screw down roofs (Matching colors if we install screw down metal roofing material.) and mulehide glue for rubber roofing materials.

All Roof Systems need the proper ventilation, you have several types to choose from. We can properly install all of these and more, your choice.

2. We recommend using the Ridge Vent, for they give the most effeciant way of letting the heat out of the attic. Remember when heat rises, it will rise to the highest point in your attic, if you do not use a Ridge Vent the heat will go to the highest point and back down to the other type of vents you are using-causing the heat to stay in your attic longer. The other types of vents are effeciant as well as long as we are allowed to install the proper amount of them on your home.
