Proper planning prior to the roofing phase of a project ensures high-quality results. During the planning phase, we: 

  • Establish detailed roofing schedule highlighting all activities including you the home owner choosing the color you want.

  • Order and expedite the delivery of all material.

  • Prepare for removal of roofing material by placing tarps over plants and/or shrubbery for protection.

  • Inspection of grounds for proper placement of the dump truck for proper debris capture.

Using Materials such as:

20 year thru 50 year shingles (most Brand Names used are Elk-Owens Corning-Timberline etc. (Multiple colors to choose from)

29 gauge Metal Roofing material, there is 2 types of metal roofing *Screw down and Standard Seam (multiple colors to choose from)

Copper Roofing material (copper valleys, copper flashing and bay windows.)

EPDM Rubber Roofing material (for flat area's on your roof.)

To install these materials we use Coil nails for shingles, Metal screws for the metal screw down roofs (Matching colors if we install screw down metal roofing material.) and mulehide glue for rubber roofing materials.

I will always personally do all of my Estimates and Inspections, This will ensure that you are getting the best service possible.
Roofing systems are serious business, if not installed correctly it could lead to future costs and damages. So with this in mind ask you contractor for a copy of their Licenses and Insurance information, and most importantly ask for references.

Our up-most concern is for you the homeowner to regularly check your roof for dry and cracked shingles in which moisture can seep through, also check your metal around outside walls and chimneys for looseness or bent coming from their secured installed places, may cause water problems in the near future.
