Well, surely the job you and your crew did on ourhouse will bring many others. We are extremely delighted. The results are fabulous - far exceeding our expectations. But every step of the way was perfect. Don came out to give us an estimate. His obvious knowledge, integrity and frank assessment of the right roof choices for our home gave me the confidence to know that his company would do the best possible job for us. We did our research on the Internet about roofs, roofing materials and procedures and had two additional companies come out to give an estimate. To me, the other people seemed to be salesmen who were taught how to sell roofs but were not experienced in actually doing roofing and understanding the individual nuances of each particular roof. Their sales approaches were more glitzybut those did not give me the feeling of confidence that I got from Don and Patty Sparks. Patty was able to answer my many questions when I went to their office to see all the products and ask my numerous questions before making our final decision. The materials were delivered quickly and orderly. The crew showed up very early in the morning (as I was told, to get to work early when it is still cool) and worked diligently. The team members (including an amazing female roofer) were all polite, careful, caring. hard working and seemed to work as a coordinated team. Since the job took three days, they left everything clean and neat on the two nights in between. It was truly a pleasure having these people work at the house. They are a credit to SparksRoofing. Don even showed up periodically to ensure that everything was being done perfectly. The finished job is perfect. The whole process was perfect. I would (and have already) recommended Sparks Roofing to friends and neighbors. By the way, I received calls from my closest neighbors about how nice the roof looks and how it really enhances the house. These calls came even before the job was completed. Thank you Don and Patty. And thanks for hiring the best roofers to do a job that is one of the biggest financial investments in a home. We could not be happier with the whole experience and with the results.
